Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Bekah's experience with home remodeling and her love of organization have led to her pursuit of scenic carpentry and stage management. While in school Bekah was a proud member of the theatre honor society Alpha Psi Omega, and the student chapter of the United States Institute For Theatre Technology (USITT). Bekah was a carpenter for all of the shows produced by the Texas Tech's School of Theatre and Dance during her time there from 2015-2019, as well as a welder and stage manager for the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 seasons, ultimately graduating Magna Cum Laude with her B.F.A in Theatre Design and Technology with an emphasis in scenic carpentry and stage management in addition to a minor in general business. After graduation Bekah worked as an on-call stage hand, lighting designer, light board op, and technical supervisor for the Madison Center For The Arts in Phoenix, AZ. During her free time, Bekah enjoys watching Guys Grocery Games, American Ninja Warrior, and The Great British Baking Show with her husband, going to the zoo, and working on her family's property in the Jemez (pronounced Hay-mez) mountains.
